We’re gearing up for another magical Winter Recital weekend at the historic Palace Theatre in Grapevine, happening on January 18th-19th, 2025! This is one of our most exciting events of the year—our very own Super Bowl of Music Lessons!
Get ready to make some musical magic with your students!

No longer then 2 min for 30 min lesson and 4min for 60 min lesson.
🌟 At Arrival: When you arrive at the Palace come in and check in at the table for next steps.

Start prepping your Google folder with sheet music and MP3s for your students ahead of time.
⏱ Keep Performances to 2 Minutes
We’re aiming for smooth, on-time performances! Keep each student’s song to 2 minutes. If needed, please shorten their pieces and upload the edited MP3 versions.
🗓 Important Deadlines
All recital materials (sheet music, MP3s, etc.) must be uploaded to the shared Google Drive folder by January 1!
📍 Check-In at the Event
When you arrive at the Palace Theatre, stop by the CHECK-IN table for updates and info from our desk team.
📸 Post-Recital Photos
After the show, don’t forget to exit through the side doors to snap some memorable photos with your students!
🚨 Can’t Attend?
Let us know immediately if you’re unable to attend the recital.
