Hey Creative Soul Faculty Team!

We are so looking forward to another magical Winter Recital weekend at Palace Theatre in Historic Grapevine on January 19-20, & 21st 2024!

Here's a few reminders prior to the event:

1. Please check into this signup to see which students of yours are performing so you can help them prepare in the next week weeks before the show - here's the signup link-  https://www.signupgenius.com/go/409094BABAC2AAAF49-45127240-creative
 
2. Please upload to your Creative Soul shared teacher google drive folder any mp3s, pdfs or song copies of what your students will be performing **This will drastically help our sound team to keep the shows on time & for any other issues that come up!

3. Please make sure your student selections are cut down on mp3s etc to 2MINUTES per performer **URGENT: We will not stay on time with our shows without this. (You can see which students of yours are doing more than 2 minutes if they are signed up for more than One 30min Lesson Time designated on the sign up if they are signed up in 1 or 2 slots.)
**If the set has less performers we can let some of the students go a little over the 2 min. 
 
4. Please review the ENTIRE signup so you are hip on every thing you and the parent needs to know for day of show, parking, arrival times, protocols etc.

5. Other Day of Show Requests:
Upon Arrival: to the Venue Day of Show, please Check In at the Check In table located inside the double doors of the Palace Theatre Entrance for next steps. 
Before you Leave: Make sure to stop by the Photo Booth to take photos with your excited students after your set! 
If for any reason you are sick or late, please text Beth ASAP at (817) 874-1635‬ so we can plan accordingly for your student performances!
 
6. There's a few slots remaining so please continue to encourage all of your students to sign up!
**Performing = student retention & long term success (beginners you can accompany if needed)
