Torrey was born in Lawrence, Kansas on April 8th, 1994. In 2007 he moved to Baton Rouge Louisiana where he stayed until 2016. In 2012 he began his studies at Louisiana State University, getting a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance, emphasis on trumpet, while also taking jazz piano lessons. In 2018, he was accepted to the University of Texas at Arlington where he received his Master’s in Jazz Piano Performance. While studying at the University level, in his free time Torrey began to pick up both the guitar and the bass. After graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington, Torrey began focusing on music production. Hoping to use his knowledge on multiple instruments and his educational background, Torrey hopes to produce and help artists change the game and leave a lasting mark on the music industry.
