Michaela has a Bachelor's Degree in Instrumental and Vocal Performance from Columbia College. Her accomplishments include being the Background Vocalist for the Gospel Radio Awards in April 2020 and her Single Project Release she composed, produced and performed in Sept 2014/Jan 2020. As a performing musician, she enjoyed her performances as the Guest Soloist for Grammy Award Winner Ricky Dillard in 2008 and for the Opening segment for Grammy award Winner Tye Tribbett in May 2007. She has a love for teaching and engaging children of all ages from 9months of age through adults. As Praise and Worship Leader for United Worship Center in Chicago, she organized music for the worship services and served as a pianist, bassist and drummer for her local church services.  She performs locally in DFW as a Psalmist and Musician for Worship Events, Weddings and Birthday Parties, and was a Youth Choir Director at 5th Illinois Jurisdiction in East Chicago. She's also performed at Chicago's Gospel Music Festivals in 2007 and 2014. We are so excited to have Michaela on our outstanding Creative Soul Faculty!
