Meet Traysa

About Traysa:
Traysa has been playing the violin for 17 years and teaching for nearly 12+ years. She enjoys teaching students of all ages the joy of learning to play the violin. To optimize performance ability, she strives to teach proper techniques and music theory, while also encouraging students to work on trouble areas. Traysa moves students along at a pace that suits them, ensuring they grow musically at their own speed. She teaches using the traditional method and incorporates fiddle music, folk, and classical styles. In addition to teaching, Traysa plays violin at her church and performs in a local orchestra. Watching her students progress and grow musically is one of the most rewarding aspects of her job.
