Fernando

Fernando has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music from Texas Wesleyan University and a TX Associate of Arts in Music from Tarrant County College. He enjoyed performing in the TCC chamber ensemble festival clinic session with Trio Oriens (2018). His other awards include: TCC Communication, Arts and Entertainment Department Award recipient (2018 & 2019), Michael Edwin Brooks, Jr Music scholarship(2017-2018), 3rd Place in Under the Clock Tower's Writing Competition (2017), President's Honors Concert (2021), Jim Barros Music Scholarship (2018-2019), TCC Sonata club music ensemble scholarship (2018-2019). He was also a devoted Member of the Texas Two-Year College All-State Choir TMEA (2020). Originally from Peru, Fernando has a heart for helping the community and supporting education. Since moving to the US, he has been able to continuededicating his time to helping communities in need through my church and school, assisting others in areas affected by Hurricane Harvey.
