Joshua B.

Joshua has a B.A. in Music Education with Highest Honors, and has been teaching for 10 years. He's directed, taught, and sang for multiple churches. At his previous job he was an Assistant Choir Director at Tascosa High School for 3 years.  Josh's beautiful wife says that she loves his passion for people. He teaches music because caring about the people in the world means communicating effectively with everyone. To do that we need a Universal language, and music fills that role. Josh believes that in order to make the world a better place we need to be in touch with other people in profound, creative ways. Working as a teacher has provided Josh that chance. Josh considers it a privilege and an honor to work for his students. He's extremely motivated to producing high quality courses. He teaches music in a way that's comprehensive, interesting, and rewarding.  Science has proven that the nature of music instills deep-seated, virtuous core values like self-discipline and a high self-esteem. Music will also improve a student's performance in other subjects, especially in mathematics and reading.  Music is a lifelong skill everyone can enjoy. Joshua's calling is to give his all to make it so. Josh believes every student can find a fulfilling, lifelong career in music. We are proud to have Josh on our unmatched Creative Soul Faculty!
